At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original box and secure it in a shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
